S/N 1231, Issued municipal fractional currency note payable to bearer at the Treasurer’s Office and receivable for all debts due the City of Baton Rouge. Printed in black ink on thin paper with ornamental typographic borders, prominent “TEN” and “10” denomination counters, and clear obligation text; handwritten serial number at top with manuscript signatures for the Treasurer and Mayor at the lower margin. The reverse is blank, as issued. The condition ranges from Choice Fine to VF condition. Printer not indicated.
