1860. Ephemera. 16 by 21.5 inch intaglio printed engraving of Revolutionary soldier (possibly George Washington) in uniform with rifle. Engraved by John C. McCrae from a painting by Alonzo Chappel. There is a poem on the bottom with "76" signed by Bryant. Engraved in 1860 and registered in NY. Missing glass cover and frame has separated on bottom, overwise it is in Fine to VF condition. Unique in archive.
