Location:Crowne Plaza Hotel. 401 South Van Brunt St, Englewood, New Jersey, 07631, United States
Loveland, Colorado. Nov.5th, 1907. $1. P-Unlisted. Unissued scrip or banknote. "Cashiers Checks". Small print on left states "No Duplicate Will Be Issued For This Check". Black and gray on light orange paper. Front with bank logo on left, back black on orange with Colorado Arms. Note would be in Fine condition but there is a small piece missing from the left margin (possibly where removed from booklet or file). Rare early Western 1907 Panic Currency or scrip note due to a lack of liquidity in the financial system barely 100 years ago. Sound familiar? J.P.Morgan played an important part in resolving this crisis.
