Boston, Massachusetts, 1924. Large-format souvenir booklet issued for the Thirty-Second Annual Convention of the International Plate Printers and Die Stampers Union of North America, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, held in Boston, Massachusetts, July 21–26, 1924. The cover features a woodcut-style vignette of craftsmen at work inside a printing workshop, printed in black on cream stock with original cord binding at left. The ornate title page, engraved by the American Bank Note Company, displays detailed vignettes of the Washington Monument, Boston’s Faneuil Hall, and Old State House, set within elaborate scrollwork typography. The interior has numeros ads and 2 engraved proofs of classical women, and one of men, A scarce and beautifully produced union convention souvenir, richly detailed and historically important for collectors of engraving-trade ephemera. The covers are in XF condition, with light age toning and minor edge wear with the interior items Uncirculated to Gem Uncirculated condition. ABNC and other printers..
