Lot of 2 Issued Banknotes: $2, CC-55, P-S155, Black printing with 'Tribulatio Ditat' on emblem with grain threshed by a flail, Back has raspberry and two filbert leaves, Signed by Benjamin Levy and Thomas Donnellan, Legacy graded Very Fine 20 with comment "Split and Sewn Together;" $5, CC-58, P-S158, Black printing with 'Sustine Vel Abstine' on emblem with hand gathering food and bleeding because of thorns, Back has betony and sage leaves, S/N 3821, Signed by John Taylor and Aquila Norris, Legacy graded Very Fine 35. Both notes are printed by Hall & Sellers. (2). Sold "AS IS" no returns accepted.
