Williamsport, MD. 1934. 25 cents; $1. 2 different specimen banknotes from same series. Red specimen overprints, POC's and "00000" serial numbers. Vignette of W.D.Byron with sons names below his portrait. 25 cents is brown and the $1 is blue. Unique in archive. Location is not mentioned on note, but plant was located in Williamsport, Maryland and was a tannery since 1897 and was closed in 2005. SBNC.
