Williamsport, Maryland, 1934. Lot of 2 Specimen notes, Includes 25 cents Scrip Note in brown; and, $1 Scrip Note in blue, Both featuring a portrait of W.D. Byron at center, with Red Specimen overprints, "Non-Negotiable" overprints, 0000 S/Ns, and POCs. Both are in Uncirculated condition. SBNC. Location is not mentioned on notes, but the tannery plant was located in Williamsport, Maryland. (2)
