Waterloo, Illinois, Uncut sheet of 4 notes, ND (originally printed ca. 1864, these are ca.1960-70's), $10-$1-$3-$5, (IL-165-G14a; G4a; G8a; G12a), All are SENC in Haxby, Unlisted with only American Bank Note Company imprints, Haxby lists the notes with only RWH&E imprint or with RWH&E imprint plus ABNC monograms, these notes do not have RWH&E or monogram, only American Bank Note Company imprints, Modern ÒProprietary Proof SheetÓ, The $1 note has state die, sea god and goddess, steamship on left, locomotive on top center and standing Liberty with spear on LR; The $3 note has Neptune, woman and seahorses on top center, state die top left, young woman on right and woman standing in oval with all the states names on border on left; The $5 note has 2 allegorical women on top center with shield & bust, native American woman on left and 5 women on numeral 5 on right; The $10 note has state die, sea god and goddess, steamship on left, steamship on top center and sailor on dock on LR; Black printing without underprint printed on thin white card, Uncirculated condition with wavy paper.
