China, 1923. 20 Cents, P-617a, S/M#T183-61b, Issued Banknote, Purple on purple underprint with Palace at center, back orange, S/N 0698571, PMG graded Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ, Printer: BEPP - Peking. Only 2 notes grade higher out of 87 notes graded in the PMG census. During the height of the market in 2022, a similar graded example sold for over $1900. This lovely note will be almost impossible to improve upon.
