PMG graded 53 About Uncirculated Net" with rust listed due to a paper clip mark on the upper left corner area that is unobtrusive and very light edge toning on the bottom margin, otherwise the note appears Uncirculated. Rarity and the very dramatic design only enhances the desirability of this note.
