Fine with internal cuts and separations from cancellation. Rare Louisiana railroad. Signed by Andre B. Roman as Governor of Louisiana. He served in this role from 1831-1835 and again from 1839-1843. Roman rammed legislation through that made Louisiana banks sound. Established first public schools in state. Printed by E. Johns & Co., New-Orleans.
