Mexico. ND (ca. 1900), Ser. C. 1000 Pesos, P-Unlisted, Specimen Bono De Caja banknote. Black on light red undertint with seated allegorical woman holding ship and shield with Mexico arms with steamboats behind her, back is orange-red and has denomination. The text has a blank space for the interest amount. Red specimen overprint, POC and blue "00000" serial numbers. Archival hand stamped date of "Aug 1900" on top left of back. Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition with large margins, sharp corners, fresh and bright colors and exceptional paper quality. ABNC. Rare banknote that is rarely seen in any advanced collection.
