Monclova, Mexico, May 28, 1913. 50 Pesos, Series E, P-S634b, (MI-COA-9), Issued banknote, black, ornate borders and text, back orange, 2 printed signatures, no validation stamp, S/N 1353038. The note has 2 vertical folds, one very light and would grade Choice XF with crisp paper, sharp corners, Exceptional paper quality, great colors and unfortunately on light fold away from AU. An exceptional choice note for the grade and very scarce in any form. This series of notes was the first issue of notes emitted by revolutionary forces. They were issued by General Carranza's forces when they were fighting against those of President Huerta.
