Mexico, 1980. Lot of 2 silver commemorative medals issued for the XXII Biennial World Congress of the International College of Surgeons, struck by the Casa de Moneda de México (Mexican Mint). Each medal is struck in .900 fine silver and weighs 25 grams per coin. Actual Silver Weight (ASW) per coin is 22.5 grams (.900 × 25 g), with a total ASW of 45 grams for both coins (1.45 Troy Ounces) with a melt of $116 with silver at $80 per ounce. Medals remain in their original presentation packaging, with certificates of authenticity included. Condition appears Choice Uncirculated. (3). Sold “AS IS” no returns accepted.
