An assortment of silver and cupronickel coins from various Middle Eastern countries, spanning from 1772 to 1994. From the historical 5 Rupees of Afghanistan, dated 1322h (1904, KM-843, VF), to the elegant 500 Fils of Bahrain, 1968 (KM-8, Unc). It includes high-quality pieces such as the 5000 Dinars from Iran, 1320h (1902, KM-976, BU), and the sought-after 1 Riyal of Saudi Arabia, 1367h (1948, KM-20, Unc). Additional highlights feature the fine detailing of the 1/2 Rial from Muscat & Oman, 1380h (1961, KM-34, VF-XF), and the commemorative 5 Rupees from Sharjah, 1964 (KM-X1, Unc); South Arabia, including aluminum and bronze Fils from 1964 (KM-1, KM-2, Unc), and cupronickel Fils (KM-3, KM-4, Unc), demonstrating a variety of denominations and designs. A special mention is reserved for the antique Turkish Altmislik, 1171h regnal year 85 (1772, KM-324, XF), offering a window into the Ottoman Empire's coinage system. The collection is completed by silver Yemeni Rials from 1948 and 1963 (KM-17, KM-31, AU-Unc), encapsulating the historical evolution of currency in the Arabian Peninsula.
