Fargo who was another co-founder and initially served as Secretary of American Express ([before becoming President himself in 1866]. His signature as Secretary only appears on the earliest issues), and Alexander Holland who served as Treasurer, "Capital Stock 2,000 Shares", Certificate is in VF to XF condition. J. H.
