Lot of 2 notes. Includes 2 different examples of L.1885 Issue. 1 Drachma, P-34 Unlisted Trial Color Specimen and 2 Drachmai, P-35 Unlisted Trial Color Specimen banknotes. Both have issued face color Black on light blue and yellow undertint, but have green backs while issued color back was blue. The 1 Drachma has Hermes on left and the 2 Drachmai has both Hermes on left and Athena on right with large numeral "2" in the middle. Both have POC's on face and back also with "00,000" serial numbers. Top edges appear rough, but they are rouletted to allow easy separation of notes, the sides and bottoms are imperforate. Uncirculated to CU condition. BWC. Rare specimen from early scarce Greek issue. Attractive little notes.
