South Viet Nam, August 13, 1973, 20 Dong, P-24a, issued banknote dated within 4 months of the last U.S. soldier departing the South with numerous South Vietnamese soldier's signatures on face an back dated August 13, 1973 and evidently given to their U.S. Military advisor who had not yet withdrawn from Viet Nam. His name was Mr. Seacord who might have been with the CIA or other related intelligence group guiding the South Vietnamese soldier's missions. Evidently they were appreciative of his leadership. Within 4 months, the North Vietnamese would come in and take over South Viet Nam. Most of these soldiers whose signatures are on this note (it appears to be close to 20 signatures) may not have fared well in the hands of the North Vietnamese. VF condition. Unique Viet Nam war memorabilia.
