Vignette of allegorical woman seated next to large oval for placement of state seals, 2 small birds in decorative border on top and small text at bottom stating " This note is receivable at par in all parts of the United States....". Proof is mounted on manila paper with 841 written in red and circled away from note. Printed on white paper. Unique in archive. NBNC.
