Allegorical Justice with scales and sword flanked by allegorical nude young man and woman. Written in English. Legend written in middle in dark blue that alters the original terms of the bond, lowers the interest rate payable and increases the length of payment. Red specimen overprints, 00000" serial numbers and POC's. Coupons also have legend and are attached. Appears in Fine condition with toning, but the folds have been archivally reinforced to prevent separation. ABNC. Rare Polish specimen bond and one of two of this type found in archive. This bond is sold "As Is".
