PA. and CA. , 1907 and 1933. Lot of 6 issued depression scrip and clearing house notes, The group includes Altoona, PA. Altoona Clearing House Association notes in $5, $10, and $20 denominations dated 1907; two Erie Clearing House $1 notes issued March 10, 1933; and, a 1932 Stork System of Savings 1 cent, percentage scrip issued for Bank of America of California. Notes feature ornate security borders, clearing house typography, and typical early 20th century emergency currency designs. Several display serial numbers, signatures of issuing officials, and printed redemption instructions. Notes range from Fine to CU condition overall. (6). Sold “AS IS” no returns accepted.
