Palestine. 1 Palestine Pound, P-7a, 1 September 1927, earliest and key date, Issued banknote, black on green border and yellow underprint, S/N A464205, three printed signatures of the Members of the signatures of the Palestine Currency Board at low centre, Leslie Couper, Sir Percy Ezechiel and A.J. Harding at low centre, reverse green, featuring the Citadel of Jerusalem with the Tower of David at centre (Pick 7a, TBB 102a). Legacy Currency graded Choice About New 58 PPQ, this banknote is among the select few surviving in such remarkable condition, making it an extraordinary addition to any discerning collector's treasury. PMG has a single 63 (not EPQ) and three 58 EPQ's in their census.
