Five Pounds. PA-109. Red and black. Printed by Benjamin Franklin and David Hall. Fine detail, with some edge splits. Hinged to a letter dated July 9th, 1896 from Runiontown(?). Also included is a 15 Cent 4th Issue Fractional Currency note, About Good. From the content of the letter, and the date, it would seem that the sender returned the notes to the addressee, having borrowed them for a Fourth of July exhibition of some kind, that was visited by "thousands of people."
