Laban Heath Counterfeit Detector Uncut Plate Pair, both Front and Back American Bank Note Co. $10 Notes in National Currency for the First National Bank of Philadelphia, POCs at top over facsimile signatures (including Francis E. Spinner). Plates such as these were used to identify and detect counterfeit bills in circulation. Uncirculated condition with a small water stain at bottom left corner.
