Arms of Pennsylvania in middle and patriotic eagle and shield in counterfoil on left with 25 cents USIR stamp. Decorative black borders. Serial#89. XF Condition. "J Heinlein Phild", printer. Signed by T.Morris Perot as president. He was a well known Philadelphia businessman and pharmacist from a very wellknown Philadelphia family. He helped develop the concept of ambulances during the Civil War that included medication and treatment with transportation rather than dragging a wounded man back to a hospital before treatment.
