Fredericton, New Brunswick. 1896. Letter from the bank to ABNC on bank letterhead. Dated May 13th, 1896. Letter from bank requesting ABNC to give them figures for printing $5 and $10 notes. The letter states "We would want probably a cut (vignette) of our building on the back, and one of our President on one corner of the front, with some other suitable design on the other corner, and perhaps a cut of our Parliament Buildings in the middle of the front". They also request samples of banknotes made for other banks that would help them choose a design as well as samples of the highest quality paper. Signed by A.H.F.Randolf (Vice President) on bottom.
