Signatures of the Company's President, Pierre Jay and Secretary, Henry E. Doremus. Pierre Jay was the first chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and former Deputy Agent General for Reparation Payments in Berlin, Germany. He graduated from Yale University in 1892, and was a member of Skull and Bones, one of the most well known of the secret societies based at Yale University.
