Black on green border, Minnesota arms in middle, S/N 29, ITASB William MacMickling, who was secretary-treasury of the club and signed by Robert J. Connery as president, VF condition. Scarce early baseball stock certificate. The St. Paul Saints were founded in 1902 and remained a member of the American Association until 1960. In 1993 the team name was adopted by St. Paul's entry in the Northern League. Robert Connery, who had earlier been the chief scout for the New York Yankees, purchased the club in 1925. From 1925 to 1932 the Saints acted as an unofficial farm club for the Yankees, with approximately twenty-nine players transferred between the two clubs during that span.
