Galusha Aaron Grow (born in 1822 and died in 1907) was a prominent U.S. politician, lawyer, writer and businessman. He was Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1861 to 1863. In 1871 he moved to Houston, Texas and was president of the International & Great Northern Railroad of Texas from 1871 to 1875. Locomotive at station on top and slaves loading cotton on bottom.
