Teehee as Register of the Treasury and William G. McAdoo as Secretary of the Treasury at bottom center. S/N A 00582156, Includes 30 attached coupons printed in black with blue underprint. Back of bond printed in chestnut brown includes a patriotic vignette of 3 American soldiers hoisting an American flag. VF condition. Liberty Loans such as this were used to fund the U.S. war effort during World War I.
