Teehee as Register of the Treasury and William G. McAdoo as Secretary of the Treasury at bottom center, Brown back, Complete with 4 Coupons attached with brown serial numbers and treasury seals with eagle at left. VF-XF condition. This Liberty Bond was a war bond that was sold in the United States to support the Allied cause in World War I. Rare.
