ca.1840's-70's. 7 different vignettes of Native Americans. All are printed on india paper and mounted on manila file folders with archival notations on each folder listing the condition of the dies and rollers. 5 of the vignettes were used on the 1986 Archive Series "Indians" and the other 2 vignettes are of older distinguished looking Native Americans. One of the vignettes has notations that the die was prepared for the BEP for their use. Titles include "Red Stick; "Indian Girl"; Indian Girls"; "Indian Camp" with the others untitled. 2 of the vignettes have small tears and glue staining, the balance appear in choice condition. Rare group. ABNC, BCC.
