Uncut sheet of 3, 1st, 2nd & 3rd of Exchanges, Black printing on pink paper, George Washington at bottom middle, sailing ship top middle, and left with sailor with flag, counterfoil attached but folded back, Choice XF to AU condition, Rare and first time seen as a complete sheet, No serial numbers, so possibly an archival specimen, blank back.
