1850's. Proof. Vignette of Liberty, shield and eagle on left with angel flanked by 2 allegorical women on right with matching vignettes of the allegorical women separate from the angel. Bottom of the main vignette has the name "R.W.Wier, del.". Printed by Danforth,Wright & Co. The full vignette is printed on india paper and mounted on 11.75 by 9.5 inch folded manila file card, with the additional 2 vignettes mounted on manila card that is cut down. Main vignette has glue stains and internal tear on the upper left by Liberty's head, otherwise Fine condition. Unique in archive. DWC.
