Washington, D.C., 186x (ca.1860s), Specimen Draft or warrant, black printing on light grey-blue paper with black border, Post Master General on left, small train at the bottom middle, and portrait of George Washington flanked by Liberty and soldier, No S/N, AU-Uncirculated Condition with glue remnants on right border, but a 1/4 to 1/2 inch strip missing from the bottom border due to removal from previous mounting. Printer imprint was at the bottom and missing, either B.E.P., NBNC or ABNC, printer. This is the only example of this design seen by the cataloger.
