Teehee as Register of the Treasury and William G. McAdoo as Secretary of the Treasury at bottom center, Embossed seal at center. S/N 64123, Complete with 4 coupons with Columbia depicted as issued. Back of bond in red-brown features a patriotic vignette of a standing Columbia. XF condition. Liberty loans such as this were issued to support the U.S. war effort during World War I. This Second Liberty Loan offered $3.8 billion in bonds. Very Rare, few examples exist
