U.S., 1896-1948. Lot of 19 U.S. silver dimes including Barber, Mercury and early Roosevelt issues. Group includes Barber dimes dated 1896, 1897, 1900, 1903, 1903-O, 1906, 1908, 1911, 1912, 1914, 1914-D, 1915 and 1916; Mercury dimes dated 1940-D, 1942 (2) and 1945 (2); and one Roosevelt dime dated 1948. Coins show a range of circulation with typical wear, toning and some environmental exposure consistent with age. Each coin weighs 2.50 grams with a silver fineness of .900, giving a total weight of 47.50 grams for the lot and an actual silver weight (ASW) of 42.75 grams (1.374 troy oz) with a Face Value of $1.90.
