Lyons as Register of the Treasury. VF condition. Very rare Federal fiscal document. Judson Whitlocke Lyons (15 Aug 1858 - 22 June 1924) was an American politician and attorney. He became the first African American attorney in Georgia in 1884 and later served as the Register of the Treasury. B.E.P.. We could find no record of this bond being offered previously at auction.
