Multiple vignettes of allegorical women on upper corners, U.S. capital in middle and sailors sitting on cotton bales at dock and slaves loading cotton on wagon on bottom corners. Purple rectangular overprint with "Return to E.5. To be held for reference?". Appears in XF condition. Printed by Continental BNC. Scarce printer which was later absorbed by ABNC. Rare and attractive label.
