Washington, D.C., $100, Specimen banknote, S/N H12345678G, Red specimen overprints, Grenaham - Fowler signatures (The holder is mistaken with Elston | Kennedy listed instead), PMG graded Uncirculated 62 NET with note of thinning but it appears more likely to be tape residue from previous mounting on the left middle part of the note, to the left of Franklin's portrait. Rare note in any form and especially as a red seal specimen. BEP. This is the only graded example in the PMG census.
