Nevada, Dakota Territory, Montana, Lot of 6 Bonds, Stock Certificates, and Insurance Documents representing a cross-section of western municipal finance, banking, and life insurance activity from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Includes City of Virginia Water Works, Storey County, Nevada, Gold Coin bond with prominent civic building vignette; a Spanish-language policy from Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States; Lead City Bank, Lead City, Dakota Territory; Helena National Bank, Montana; Second National Bank of Helena, Montana; and a County of Jefferson, Montana, Refunding Bond. The group illustrates municipal infrastructure financing, frontier-era banking, and life insurance expansion in developing western regions. Designs feature engraved borders, allegorical figures, civic architecture, bank seals, and period typography typical of American security printers of the era. Conditions range from VG to XF overall, with expected folds, staining, cancellations, and age toning consistent with use and archival survival. (6). Sold ‘AS IS’ no returns accepted.
