Chowchun, China. A private banknote issued by the Xiangjugong (Hsian Shu Kun) bank in Zhoucun (Chowchun) with a rare denomination of 3 jiao. No other information about the location available. The face depicts scenery of a park, which might be the White Pagoda of North Sea Park in Beijing. The serial number is 00918. Text below the picture says "ten of such notes could be exchanged into 3 yuan of national currency. No exchanging for loose notes". Text at the bottom shows the issuing year of 1929. The two red seals are of the managers.
