Philippines, large lot of notes, includes from the Mindanao Emergency Currency Board, 1943-44 Issues, 5, 50 Centavos; 10, 20 Pesos. P-S488x2; S491; S504; S527e; S528x (2). Very Fine to About Uncirculated (6 pieces, several counterfeits); also from the Negros Occidental Provincial Currency Committee, 1942-44 Issues, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 Pesos. P-S646a; S647A; S648a; S649a; S661a; S673; 674; S676a; S680a. Generally Very Good to Fine or better for these emergency issues. One or two with paper clip rust (9 pieces); from the Cagayan issues, a group of 1-2-5-20 Peso notes (20 pieces), many varieties of ink and paper; also from the Philippine National Bank - Iloilo, a group of 21 notes, 50 Centavos, 1 Peso, 2-5-10-20 Pesos; from the Negros Emergency Currency Board, a group of 10 notes, 1-5-10-20-50-100-500 Pesos, F-VF, the 500 Pesos with rust holes. Finally included are 2 Pesos, 10 Pesos, and 20 Pesos (2) from the IV Philippine Corps 1943 Military Issue, all Fine. An interesting group, sold as is.
